Hogan Lecture Hall, University of Connecticut, 855 University Drive, Torrington, CT 06790 Enjoy some nourishment for the soul by hearing Davyne Verstandig and Rhode Island’s poet laureate Lisa Starr read their remarkable poetry and prose. The event is the Torrington campus’ finale of the University of Connecticut’s annual Creative Sustenance program, which raises awareness about the hungry and homeless in our region and collects donations of food and money to support helping organizations. The suggested minimum donation for this event is $5.00 (checks only, please)
