I will be a featured reader at the Word of Mouth Poetry Series in New Haven. I will be reading a few new poems and excerpts from a new fiction piece, The Poignant Sorrows of the Blue Distance. I will also read an excerpt from my novella, Lovers Are Islands.

Word of Mouth is run in conjunction with the Arts and Literature Laboratory. Each month, this New Haven poetry series celebrates the region's eclectic mix of poetic voices. This event is free and open to the public. There is an open-mic session in addition to the featured reading. The event is located at the Institute Library, 847 Chapel Street, New Haven CT. Doors open at 6:30pm.
